As parents, we want our teens to have a healthy relationship with food and their body. We want them to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. And we want them to eat enough but not too much for their unique body.
But helping our teens navigate food and diet can be tricky.
As a mom of two teen daughters, I totally get it. Too much control backfires with pushback and rebellion. But too little guidance opens the floodgates of one unhealthy choice after another.

The Eat Happy for Teens Nutrition Workshops Can Help
An understanding of nutrition and how the body works can help your teen take charge of their eating and feel confident in their choices and their body.
The Eat Happy for Teens workshops will help your teen debunk common nutritional trends and learn to tune out all the popular (and often conflicting) dietary advice and tune in to their body's messages to find the foods that make their unique body thrive.
Each workshop provides education delivered in a fun and empowering way as well as tools and resources to help your teen turn their insight into action.

WHERE
Location Update: These workshops will now be held at my home in Boonsboro, MD. You will receive my address and directions once you have registered your teen.
FORMAT
Approximately 30 minutes of nutrition education followed by a hands-on activity to compliment the lesson.
COST
$10 per workshop. Price includes all activity materials. Parents and/or siblings are welcome to join for an additional $5 per person.
